Avows Chat Bot
Avows Bot is an intelligent and modern Chatbot integrated with Live Agent capability. It is designed to provide interactive chatbot functionalities to enhance user experience and supports clients and their user communication in a better way.
Some basic Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) functionalities will enable fluid conversations with users. It offers predefined intents such as FAQ, send us email, and call me, as well as the ability to create custom intents and responses.
Live Chat
Live chat is a feature of Avows Bot, that allows users to have real-time conversations with a support representative or customer service agent through a chat interface. The simple floating icon on the chatbot message board gives easy access to the users to converse with the Agents, who are available.
Voice Message
This user friendly feature of Avows Bot allows users to quickly record their voice message from the ChatBot interface and submits to the Support team. This will save lot of time of user, if he has only single query. Voice messages are saved as records in the backend to listen to any time.
Phone Call
Just like Voice Message feature, Avows Bot is enabled with another simple but useful feature that is calling the agent directly on given phone number, in case of emergency or for quick support. The phone number is configurable from backend, based on available agent
Whats App
Avows Bot is coming with another cool feature that enables the users to chat with Agent on whatsapp. This is not replace of Live Chat. But in case of urgency or to provide some comfort to users, WhatsApp chat is enabled. The whatsApp number is configurable from backend.
